Front and centre is the Xmas Adventure, our tour for the festive season. You can book any of these tours as a team building event.
In teams, you puzzle your way through Much, collect points, and afterwards celebrate the team with the most points over dinner. The programme comes from myCityHunt, you choose the venue and menu yourselves.
A Christmas party in Much with myCityHunt works because you only have to arrange one half of the evening. The venue and the menu are already yours to choose — a table at your favourite restaurant, the works canteen decked out for the occasion, whatever your company does. We bring the other half: the puzzle tour that gets everyone out of their coats and into the streets of Much before anyone sits down. The app runs the whole thing — it hands out riddles, codes and photo challenges, takes in the answers and keeps score — so nobody from your side has to plan a programme or walk a route in advance.
In Much the tour runs as Xmas Adventure, Escape Game, Murder Mystery Tour or Treasure Hunt, each one a different way of working through the same idea: small teams, a fixed route past places like the Kapelle in Hohr, and roughly three hours on foot covering about four kilometres through the centre. Every team carries on at its own pace, a team chat keeps them talking to each other, and a shared leaderboard keeps the rivalry alive right up until the last team walks in for dinner. All anyone needs is a charged phone.
Because the tour ends in the centre of Much, the walk to the restaurant afterwards is short — which is really the point. Booking costs from £ 15.99 per person plus VAT, you choose the date and time when you book, and you can still book up to two days beforehand if the party comes together late. Invoice, credit card or PayPal all work, and you always get a proper VAT invoice for it.
Our customers come from a wide variety of sectors. Whether industry, retail, government or services: myCityHunt scavenger hunts are an excellent teambuilding event for your company outing, department party or team event - and that at 6,467 locations around the world.
How about a puzzle tour through Much with the myCityHunt app as the program before dinner? Your team heads out in small groups, solves challenges at landmarks across the city, and competes team against team for the top spot on the live leaderboard. Several themes are available, and the tour ends in time for the meal.
The tour comes before the meal: about three hours outdoors in Much, and everyone is back in time for dinner. You book the restaurant, and the program before it comes from myCityHunt. For the organizer, that leaves little more to do than picking the date and putting the teams together.
A Christmas party that starts out in the city instead of at the table: your company splits into teams and heads through Much before the meal, collecting points against the other teams. If a team gets stuck, a myCityHunt guide is just a chat message away. The date is yours to pick, even at short notice in December, and venue and menu stay entirely your decision.
The tour through Much is priced from £ 15.99 per person, and you receive an invoice for the booking. Food and drinks afterward are planned by you, so the budget for the evening stays in your hands.
Yes, in a single booking, split into teams that all start together. The price per person stays the same regardless of group size. Mixing departments when forming the teams works well and gets colleagues talking who otherwise rarely cross paths.
You choose the date and the time. The booking is valid for any day you like, in December just like the rest of the year, and the tour starts once the whole team has arrived. Short-notice bookings work too.
Around three hours. That makes it the first half of the evening: the tour first, then dinner with plenty to talk about.
The tour takes place outdoors in Much, and you can pause it at any point. If the rain gets heavy or the snow piles up, warm up somewhere dry and pick up right where you left off. Warm jackets and sturdy shoes are part of a Christmas party in December.
