Front and centre is the Xmas Adventure, our tour for the festive season. You can book any of these tours as a team building event.
In teams, you puzzle your way through Viterbo, collect points, and afterwards celebrate the team with the most points over dinner. The programme comes from myCityHunt, you choose the venue and menu yourselves.
Organising a Christmas party in Viterbo usually means the venue is already sorted, but nobody has thought about what happens before the glasses are filled. That's the piece myCityHunt takes care of: a puzzle tour that gets colleagues walking, talking and laughing their way across the city centre, played entirely through the app. Teams set off with a charged phone and nothing else, follow the route the app lays out, and work through riddles, codes and photo challenges along the way. No briefing, no printed sheets, no guide to wait for — the app explains, scores and keeps everyone on track.
In Viterbo you can choose between a Xmas Adventure, an Escape Game, a Murder Mystery Tour or a Treasure Hunt, each one a fixed route through the old town, past spots such as Palazzo dei Papi di Viterbo and San Francesco. The teams play against each other, a shared team chat keeps the banter going, and a live leaderboard shows who's ahead. All the photos land in one gallery everybody can look back on later. Around four kilometres, roughly three hours — and because the route runs through the centre, wherever you've booked dinner is only a short walk away once the scoring is done.
Prices start at £ 15.99 per person plus VAT. You choose the date and time when you book, right up to two days beforehand, and settle the invoice by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, always with proper VAT documentation. The programme is ours; the room and the menu stay entirely yours.
Our customers come from a wide variety of sectors. Whether industry, retail, government or services: myCityHunt scavenger hunts are an excellent teambuilding event for your company outing, department party or team event - and that at 6,467 locations around the world.
How about a puzzle tour through Viterbo with the myCityHunt app as the program before dinner? Your team heads out in small groups, solves challenges at landmarks across the city, and competes team against team for the top spot on the live leaderboard. Several themes are available, and the tour ends in time for the meal.
The tour comes before the meal: about three hours outdoors in Viterbo, and everyone is back in time for dinner. You book the restaurant, and the program before it comes from myCityHunt. For the organizer, that leaves little more to do than picking the date and putting the teams together.
A Christmas party that starts out in the city instead of at the table: your company splits into teams and heads through Viterbo before the meal, collecting points against the other teams. If a team gets stuck, a myCityHunt guide is just a chat message away. The date is yours to pick, even at short notice in December, and venue and menu stay entirely your decision.
The tour through Viterbo is priced from £ 15.99 per person, and you receive an invoice for the booking. Food and drinks afterward are planned by you, so the budget for the evening stays in your hands.
Yes, in a single booking, split into teams that all start together. The price per person stays the same regardless of group size. Mixing departments when forming the teams works well and gets colleagues talking who otherwise rarely cross paths.
You choose the date and the time. The booking is valid for any day you like, in December just like the rest of the year, and the tour starts once the whole team has arrived. Short-notice bookings work too.
Around three hours. That makes it the first half of the evening: the tour first, then dinner with plenty to talk about.
The tour takes place outdoors in Viterbo, and you can pause it at any point. If the rain gets heavy or the snow piles up, warm up somewhere dry and pick up right where you left off. Warm jackets and sturdy shoes are part of a Christmas party in December.
